It is in Forli, near Bologna, that the heart of Technosilos is built and where our engineers implement the process solutions that we manufacture, preassemble and ship around the world.
The Forli site has +6,000 m2 of workshops and design offices, and includes the Technology Center, the Automation & Controls department, as well as the OEM & Global Service.
More than 80 technicians participate in the manufacturing and assembly of Technosilos equipment.

The Technosilos Liquids department is dedicated to specific technologies for Liquids and Semi-solid products: Mixing, Dispersion of powders, Homogenization, Temperature exchange and regulation, Cleaning and sanitation.
Our engineers design and implement individual process vessels, as well as turnkey Solids + Liquids process solutions.
Technosilos Liquids® has developed a specific expertise for batch and continuous process plants for the production of Liquid Sponges and Sourdoughs.
Our Technology Center allows you to test, analyze and simulate the behavior of your powders, in all forms of pneumatic transport: from diluted phases at low pressure to dense phases at high pressure, on a pneumatic circuit of more than 70 m. equipped with different measuring instruments and safety devices.
The degradation of the material can be analyzed before and after the transfer phase. The measurements make it possible to precisely quantify the water exchanges between the powder and the air used to transport the material.
