Application
Technosilos designs ergonomic and sanitary discharge systems for bags and Bigbags.
Big bag discharge devices are designed for handling products delivered in Big Bags (FIBC) by forklift or electric hoist.
They guarantee the unloading of bags without emitting dust. Massage and vibrator tools facilitate the emptying of low density or cohesive materials. The level probe makes it possible to signal the low product level to anticipate rapid replacement of the bag. For partial emptying, a cable device allows the bag to be closed.
Fillbag® packaging system allows the filling of big bags and are available in different models depending on your constraints of dust containment, hygiene, ergonomics, and filling rates. They are supplemented with containment devices such as the double-envelope filling head and an inflatable seal for dust-tight filling, tensioning, and preforming of the bag by inflation, vibrating densification and weighing.
Bag tip stations are available with integrated filters or central dust filter for loading volatile and dusty materials onto pneumatic conveying systems. A vibrating pre-screen can be integrated. The hopper outlet is fitted with a flange for downstream systems such as airlocks, sifter etc. For difficult-flowing bulk materials, a beater, vibrator, vibrating or fluidizing helps can be used to assist extraction.
